Here’s the FAQ to help answer any questions you have.
How do I sign up for the new loyalty program?
By clicking on the ‘NEWS INSIDERS’ tab located on the green bar at the top of your page. A pop-up box will prompt you to sign up!
When I try to sign up, it says my e-mail is already registered and will not create a new profile. How do I fix this?
If you have an existing and active account with Rogers Media, you will have to sign in with that password. If you do not remember the password, go to the loyalty program you are currently a part of and click on the forget my password. This will happen if you are a member of clubs like Chatelaine, KiSS 92.5’s KiSS Nation and Sportsnet 590 The FAN’s Sportsnet Nation.
How do I enter your online contests?
After joining our new membership program, visit our contests page in the main menu located at the top left of your page. Then, click on “Current Contests’. You will then be able to see a full list of all our running contests. Click on any contests you would like to enter, fill out an entry ballot and click submit!
Will the current membership program be using credits to purchase entries into contests?
No, we will not be using bonus codes with the current membership program. Instead, you will be asked to fill out ballots to submit an entry into one of our contests.
How often can we enter a contest?
This may vary per contest, and will be clearly displayed on each contest page.
How do you enter The Weather Guarantee contest?
You can enter-to-win the jackpot by filling out an online ballot on the designated contest page located on 680NEWS.com/contests. If we’re off by more than three degrees, we’ll announce our potential winner the following work day at 7:21 a.m. It’s that easy!
