Toronto police have released security camera photos of two people they would like to speak with in connection with a shooting in the Annex.

Around 2:15 a.m. on June 16, a 27-year-old man was standing beside a car in a parking lot on Madison Avenue, near Bloor Street West and Spadina Avenue, when he got into an argument with two other men.

Police said one of the two men then took a gun out of his fanny pack and shot the 27-year-old.

The pair then fled south on Madison in a dark-coloured SUV or minivan.

The victim had non-life-threatening injuries.
