Service on the 509 Harbourfront was delayed for hours after a pedestrian was struck early Monday morning.
The collision happened on Queens Quay West and Rees Street just before 12:30 a.m.
The victim was transported to hospital in non-life threatening condition with a head injury.
Police confirm he or she was riding a skateboard at the time of the crash.
Shuttle buses were running until the investigation was complete, roughly 5 hours later.
