Man arrested after alleged sex assault on TTC bus

Toronto police have arrested a man wanted in connection with an alleged sexual assault on a TTC bus.

Around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, a woman was on a bus heading south on Dufferin Street near Eglinton Avenue West, when a man on the bus stood next to her and allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Police said the man left the bus at Dufferin subway station and boarded the eastbound subway around 8:20 a.m.

On Wednesday, police arrested Duy Do, 32, of no fixed address, and charged him with sexual assault and assault.

He was due in court on Thursday morning.
