The trial of three Toronto police officers accused of sexually assaulting a colleague continued Monday with testimony from a witness.
Leslie Nyznik, Joshua Cabero, and Sameer Kara have all pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a woman, a parking enforcement officer whose identity is protected by a publication ban.
Det. Barry Radford, who took the stand Monday, said he overheard sexual innuendo from the group that night. Some of it came in a cab on the way to a strip club.
“It was a recipe for disaster,” he testified.
