Police ID man shot and killed on Brampton street

Police have identified a 33-year-old Brampton man who was shot and killed on a residential street last week.
The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. on May 25, on Desert Sand Drive, near Sandalwood Parkway East and Bramalea Road.
Paramedics took the man to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, and he was pronounced dead soon after.
He has been identified as Sean Grant.
Police are looking for a dark, four-door sedan with tinted windows seen leaving the area.
They are also asking any witnesses or residents in the area with surveillance video to call them.
