York Regional police issue community alert about high-risk offender

York Regional Police have issued a community alert about a high risk offender who’s been released in King Township.
Police say 35-year-old Keith Constantin poses a risk to the community, particularly to children.
He was recently released from prison after serving a four year sentence for sexual assault with a weapon and an 18-month sentence for breach of curfew.
He’s currently prohibited from being alone with anyone under the age of 16.
He’s also banned from being in any daycare, swimming area or school ground or playground.
