Niagara police are investigating after a Royal Canadian Legion poppy donation box was stolen from a Tim Hortons in St. Catharines on Friday.
Police say a woman walked into the store at 525 Welland Ave. around 3 a.m. and took the box from the counter.
She is described as white, between 20 to 35 years old, five-feet seven-inches all, 130 pounds, and having long dark wavy hair. She was wearing a bright pink shirt, dark pants, and carrying a dark jacket.
