Toronto police have arrested a 70-year-old man in connection with the sexual assaults of a 14-year-old girl and a 28-year-old woman.
The alleged incidents occurred at Roding Park, located in the Keele Street and Wilson Avenue area.
Police said the first incident occurred at the park in the afternoon of July 22 of last year. A 14-year-old girl was sitting on a bench when she was approached by a man who allegedly sexually assaulted her and fled the area.
Just over six weeks later, a 28-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in the same park, police said. She was allegedly thrown to the ground, dragged to a secluded area and sexually assaulted.
Keneth Grey, 70, of Toronto, faces two counts of sexual assault, and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
Police said they used DNA evidence to make the arrest.
Police believe there may be more victims.
