This time of year partying is not just for night owls. Plenty of folks are raising a glass to toast the holidays at all hours of the day.
The OPP said Thursday that more people are getting behind the wheel impaired – not just at night – but during the day.
To curb this, more RIDE programs are now being set up during off hours – one of them happened Thursday morning in York region.
