Man shot in the hand near Jane & Finch

Police are searching for two suspects after an 18-year-old man was injured in a shooting near Jane Street and Finch Avenue.
It happened just after 10 p.m. Monday on Driftwood Court.
Paramedics say they arrived on scene to find them man suffering from a gunshot wound to one of his extremities.
He was taken to a local hospital.
Suspect descriptions have not been released.
Police continue to investigate.
