Environment Canada investigates possible tornado near Orillia

Environment Canada is looking into reports of a tornado touching down north of Orillia.
The twister was reportedly sighted on the eastern side of Six Mile Lake in the Port Severn area shortly after 2 p.m. Friday.
The agency says hundreds of trees are down in the area, as well as some power lines.
The region was under a severe thunderstorm warning at the time.
