Toronto business tops Maclean’s ‘green companies’ list

Maclean’s magazine has released a list of Canada’s “Green 30” companies, and a Toronto company tops it.
Recruitment company Arrow Professionals limits its carbon footprint by conducting Skype interviews with candidates and reduces paper in the office by using email and scanning documents.
The magazine looked at companies that integrate sustainability programs into their workplace culture.
Several other Toronto companies also made the list, including Cisco Systems Canada Co., Chubb Insurance Co. of Canada., G Adventures and Klick Inc.
Mississauga’s Gibraltar Solutions Inc. and Intuit Canada were also named.
