1 in hospital after Steeles & Martin Grove crash

A man is in hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries after a crash at Steeles Avenue and Martin Grove Road on Tuesday morning.
The single-vehicle collision happened around 3:40 a.m.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, crashed into a pole and knocked it down. He was the only person in the car.
There’s no word yet on the cause of the crash or any charges.
Police closed Steeles in both directions at Hwy 27 for the investigation.
