Food and nutrition specialist Rose Reisman previews Winterlicious, Toronto’s winter foodie celebration, which runs from Jan. 31 to Feb. 13. She says it’s a great way to enjoy fixed prize lunches and dinners from over 200 of the city’s best restaurants.
