Competition for Toronto’s first baby of 2014

There is now competition for the title of Toronto’s first baby of 2014.
Jenna Grace Cheaib was born at exactly midnight on New Year’s Day at North York General Hospital, the hospital said.
But Rouge Valley Centenary is also claiming mom Pradeepa gave birth to James John Kennady at the stroke of midnight.
In both cases, mother and baby are doing well.
The third baby of 2014 was born just six seconds later at Sunnybrook, while in Mississauga, Credit Valley hospital welcomed its first baby at 12:00:38.
Minutes later, another baby was born at St. Michael’s Hospital in downtown Toronto.
