Toronto police release photo of SUV involved in 2009 murder

Christopher Skinner was killed on Oct. 18, 2009 when he was beaten by a group of men and then run over at Victoria and Adelaide streets. Det.-Sgt. Stacy Gallant spoke about a surveillance photo of the vehicle police believe was involved.
