Inaugural Metropolitan Toronto Police Pensioners Memorial Bicycle Ride to be held, Sunday

TORONTO, Ont. – The Metropolitan Toronto Police Pensioners Association has organized their first Memorial Bicycle Ride in the city, to honour the memory of officers who have died on the job.

The Ride will start at the Toronto Police Association Building – located at 180 Yorkland Boulevard at 8 a.m. – and will travel through a section of North York and Scarborough.

Police say the traffic will be restricted to the curb lane while on major streets, and officers will obey all traffic signals and signs.
