Police would like to make the public aware of a robbery investigation near Ossington Avenue and Bloor Street West.
It is reported that on Aug. 9 between 2:15 a.m. and 2:45 a.m., two men and one woman were walking northbound on the west side of Ossington Avenue from Bloor Street West.
Just as the victims walked past the Ossington subway station, they were approached by two men, one of the two men was armed with a handgun.
The two men and one woman were forced at gunpoint into a laneway that runs north off of Northumberland Avenue, just west of Ossington.
The armed man then struck both male victims in the head with the firearm seizing a quantity of cash and fleeing westbound on Northumberland Avenue.
Suspect one is described as white, 20-30, 5’6″ with a skinny build. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and dark jeans. He was armed with a handgun.
Suspect two is described as white, 20-30, 5’10″, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a light colored shirt and jeans
