5 things to do this weekend: Beach BBQ, Taste of Little Italy & Luminato

4th Annual Yorkville Exotic Car Show: Celebrate Father’s Day this year with over 120 vintage and exotic cars that dad is sure to love. This vast collection of highly desirable vehicles includes Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Mercedes Benz and many more. Bloor Street between Avenue Road and Bay Street. Beach BBQ & Brews Festival: Summer is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate than with a barbecue by the beach? This festival is family friendly and features rides for children, grilling demonstrations and competitions and of course great BBQ and the Beer Garden. There is also a main stage that features live reggae, rock and blues music. Woodbine Park. Friday, 3 p.m. -11 p.m. Saturday, noon- 11 p.m. Sunday, noon-8 p.m. Free. www.beachbbqandbrews.com

Taste of Little Italy: Come celebrate a taste of Italian culture with great food and musical performances. This event is guaranteed fun for Italians and non-Italians alike. Some of the musical performances include the Ray Montford Trio, Linda Cara and straight from Italy DJs Stefano Fisico and Paolo Nergri from Radio Italia. College Street between Bathurst and Shaw. Luminato Festival: The seventh annual festival of arts and creativity kicks of this weekend in Toronto. Canadian artists Serena Ryder and k-os kick off the festival Friday night with back-to-back performances at The Hub. (David Pecaut Square. 8 p.m.-10 p.m. Free.) Folksinger Joni Mitchell takes the stage on Sunday for a TimesTalks Luminato session alongside Louisiana jazz drummer Brian Blade. Isabel Bader Theatre. 6 p.m.-7 p.m. $35. luminatofestival.com

Relay for Life: Come out and help celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Canadian Cancer Society. Teams raise money for the Society as their individual members take turns walking around a track all night. The relay has a festival-like atmosphere suited for friends and family members of all ages. Sunnybrook Park. Friday 7 p.m.-Saturday 7 a.m. Free to attend but donations are welcome. convio.cancer.ca
