Missing teen located in Oshawa, OPP say

Ontario Provincial Police say missing girl Victoria Larabie, 13, has been located safe in Oshawa.
Larabie, who is from Douro-Dummer Township, near Peterborough, was the subject of an Amber Alert after she went missing shortly after leaving her grandmother’s home Sunday morning.
Police were concerned for the girl’s safety since, according to police, she was picked up by a person in a dark-coloured vehicle near Norwood, east of Peterborough.
Police said they are continuing their investigation.
