Police make arrest after 911 call made from bedroom during break-in

Police responded to a call that was made from a bedroom closet during a break-in on Monday morning.
The homeowner was hiding in a closet of their Halton Hills home when they made a call to 911.
Police responded to the call and arrested 50-year-old Carlos Harper as he was leaving the home after the break-in.
Police seized break-and-enter instrument and 2.5g of crack cocaine.
Police charged Harper with break-and-enter, possession of break-in instruments and drug possession for the purpose of trafficking.
