If you’re one of the unlucky drivers in midtown who has received a parking ticket over the past five years, chances are it’s been issued by Zulfiqar Khimani.
The Toronto Star reports he has issued an average of 59 tickets a day over the five-year period.
That adds up to more than 97,000 tickets in the same time period, and a total of almost $4-million in fines.
Last year, Khimani earned more than $100,000.
