Man dies after industrial accident in north-end Toronto

TORONTO, Ont. – A man in his late-40s has died following an industrial accident in the city’s north end, Tuesday.
The incident happened on Fifeshire Road, located near Bayview Avenue and Highway 401.
Toronto police Const. Tony Vella told 680News the man fell from a scaffolding just before 9 a.m.
It’s not yet known why or how he fell.
The Ontario Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate.
