Truckers protest CP Rail terminal in Vaughan for second day

For a second day, a truckers protest slowed traffic in the Rutherford Road and Highway 427 area, Tuesday.

Big rigs blocked the main entrance of CP Rail’s Vaughan terminal.

The protest was slowing the arrival of shipping containers at the site, which typically handles almost 2,000 trucks a day.

The protest is over wages for CP Rail’s subcontractors.
