Police declare body located in North York condo a homicide

TORONTO, Ont. – Detectives in North York are investigating after a man in his late 20s was found dead in an upscale North York condominium.

Toronto EMS officers were called to the 9th floor of the condo at 100 Harrison Garden Boulevard, where they located a man who had suffered an obvious gunshot wound.

The victim has been identified by police as 28-year-old Hussein Hussein.

His body was found inside the building, which is located in the Yonge Street and Highway 401 area, around 7:00 p.m. Saturday.

Investigators are reviewing security video and are currently looking to identify four to five men, with dark complexions, who were seen leaving the scene shortly after the murder.
