Court decides on whether to keep Russell Williams divorce proceedings private

OTTAWA, Ont. – Ontario’s highest court is deciding whether the public can hear the details of convicted sex killer Russell Williams’ divorce proceedings.
Lawyers for the former Colonel’s estranged wife and a coalition of news agencies took their arguments to the Ontario Court of Appeal on Tuesday.
A lower court judge has already banned publication of a wide range of details relating to his wife.
Williams is currently serving a life sentence for two murders, two sexual assaults and numerous break and enters.
