Peel police arrest man in fatal gas station hit-and-run case

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – A 22-year-old Mississauga man has been charged with failure to remain causing death in a deadly gas theft case in May.
A 62-year-old Petro Canada attendant was struck and killed while trying to stop a driver from stealing gas from the station at Truscott Drive and Southdown Road.
Peel Regional Police spent the last five months investigating.
