Toronto’s first street art fest taking place Saturday

Graffiti artists from around the world will take part in Toronto’s first street art festival Saturday at Metro Hall.
It’s part of the new initiative to ease strained relations in Toronto Mayor Rob Ford’s battle against graffiti.
City council has approved a plan in which businesses will be able to commission graffiti on their properties without city approval. Art that incites hatred or violence will not be allowed.
