Georgetown man dies after car hits tree in Halton Hills

HALTON HILLS, Ont. – A 21-year-old Georgetown man has died after his car hit a tree in Halton Hills shortly after 5 a.m. today.
Police say it appears a blue Honda was travelling northbound on Tenth Line when the driver lost control.
The car struck the tree south of 22 Side Road.
Rural homeowners called police after seeing the wreck at the foot of their driveway.
Police say the driver was unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the scene.
They say roads were dry and the weather was clear at the time of the crash.
