A class-action lawsuit has been created for victims of moose-vehicle accidents within Newfoundland and Labrador.
Justice Richard Leblanc raised some concerns, stating lawyers and the province should reconsider whether the lawsuit should be designated for victims treated in hospital.
The lawsuit is being led by two men who were seriously injured when their vehicles struck moose on Newfoundland highways.
