Man knifed in city’s north end

TORONTO, On. – A man is recovering following a stabbing in North York, Monday.
Police said that before midnight, a man was knifed in the Bathurst and Steeles area.
The Toronto Star reported the victim suffered one stab wound to the chest before knocking on a door on Twin Circle Court, asking for help.
The man was taken to Sunnybrook hospital, and is said to be in serious condition; however, his injuries are being considered non-life threatening.
He is reportedly not co-operating with police. There is no word on suspects.
