ORANGEVILLE, Ont. – A clinic in Orangeville has been named in honour of a nurse who was murdered last summer.
The case of Sonia Veraschin, 42, remains unsolved, however yesterday her work at the annual Teddy Bear Clinic at Headwaters Health Care Centre was honoured.
It is a clinic where doctors examine kids’ teddy bears to make them less afraid to go to the doctor.
Varaschin was murdered last August at her Orangeville townhouse, despite bringing the FBI in on the case, no arrests have been made.
