Police investigate death of 49-year-old man found in Ossington Avenue home

TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police are investigating the city’s latest homicide.

Police say they responded to a call of unknown trouble on Thursday afternoon. When they arrived at the home they located a man with obvious signs of trauma to the body.

49-year-old Allan Lanteigne was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say Lanteigne left work, Wednesday, and returned to his home at 934 Ossington Avenue shortly after 5:30 p.m.

Investigators are trying to determine what happened between when Lanteigne arrived home and when his body was discovered the next day.
