Police raid five homes across GTA, related to shooting probe

TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto police conducted a series of early-morning raids, Thursday.
Toronto police raided a total of five address across the GTA, including a top floor unit in a three-storey building on Eglinton Avenue East, near Laird Drive.
The raids took place at around 5 a.m.
Police said they were targeting suspects in a shooting in the city’s east end back in January.
Police said a total of two suspects were rounded up in the raids.
