TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto mayoral candidate and former Liberal president Rocco Rossi is running as a Tory.
Rossi will stand for nomination in the riding of Eglinton-Lawrence and will take on Liberal MPP Mike Colle.
He’ll make the announcement Tuesday morning in front of Queen’s Park with Progressive Conservative Leader Tim Hudak.
Rossi withdrew from the mayoral race less than two weeks before the October vote because of a lack of support.
