Shoplifter banned from Chinatown, Kensington Market for three years

TORONTO, Ont. – A shoplifter who was tied up and arrested by a Toronto shopkeeper has been banned from Chinatown and Kensington Market for three years.
According to the CBC, Anthony Bennett, 52, is no longer allowed to enter the area bounded by Bathurst, Beverley, College and Queen.
Bennett gained notoriety when he was chased by shop owner David Chen after stealing from the Lucky Moose Food Mart on Dundas West in May 2009.
