Oshawa’s former mayor’s car up for sale

OSHAWA, Ont. – The mayor mobile is up for sale, with an affordable asking price of only $35,000.
Former mayor John Gray’s car – a flashy orange 2010 Chevy Camaro – made headlines when the city used taxpayer’s money to buy it in 2009.
The Toronto Star reported that the city recouped $27,000 when it turned the vehicle in for resale.
New Oshawa mayor John Henry bought a less showy vehicle – a Chevrolet Equinox.
