Halton region already at two murders for 2011

MILTON, Ont. – A deadly start for the year as there have been two murders in the first week of 2011 after the region saw only four in total between 2005 to 2010.
Police have charged a Milton man with second-degree murder in the death of his brother at a house party early Saturday.
Officers were called to the brothers’ house on Laurier Avenue in Milton around 12:15 a.m.
They say the pair got into a fight. Devon Isnor, 22, died as a result of his injuries.
Jordan Isnor, 25, was arrested at the scene. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
Police are still investigating.
The first murder in the Halton region was on Thursday, 49-year-old Rick MacLeod was killed in Acton and 47-year-old Eddie McGuin is facing charges.
