Four suspects sought in Vaughan home invasion

York Regional Police are searching for four suspects in connection with a home invasion in Vaughan, Ont.

Police said on Tuesday afternoon, the suspects forced their way into a home on Bachman Drive, located in the Jane Street and Major Mackenzie Drive.

A 52-year-old woman was held at knifepoint in the living room by two suspects while the other two ransacked the home.

The suspects then fled the scene. The victim was not injured.

Two of the suspects are described as:

Suspect #1

  • Male
  • Brown skin
  • Approximately 32 years old
  • 5’5″
  • Medium build
  • Speaks with a Guyanese accent
  • Wearing a black hat, a black scarf covering his mouth and dark clothing
  • Carrying a knife with a black handle and silver blade


  • Male
  • Dark brown skin
  • Mid-30s
  • 6′
  • Medium build
  • 200 lbs.
  • Wearing a black hat, black scarf covering his mouth, dark clothing, white winter shoes
  • Carrying a knife with a black handle and silver blade
