Man faces 51 charges in connection to break and enters

TORONTO, Ont. – Police have charged a man with 51 offences in relation to several break and enters in the College and Spadina area.
In the most recent incident on Sunday, investigators allege Emmanuel Sousa, 35, smashed the front glass door of a restaurant with a rock, and then made his way to the back of the room.
Police were called to the scene and caught Sousa as he was trying to escape.
He is scheduled to make a court appearance on Tuesday January 4.
