Woodstock boys arrested after shooting paintballs at police cruiser

WOODSTOCK, Ont. – Two boys in Woodstock are facing charges of mischief under $5,000 and possession of a dangerous weapon due to shooting paintballs at a police cruiser.

Police said they had received numerous reports of damage caused by paint pellets throughout the city overnight.

At 2:20 a.m. Thursday, a Woodstock police cruiser was hit by paintballs and police said uniformed officers immediately flooded the area.

The two boys were arrested.
