Parents may use want to think twice about using “the Santa threat.”
It’s the time of year that fed-up parents threaten their misbehaving children that Santa will cross their names off his list and won’t leave them any presents under the Christmas tree.
One child psychologist said few parents ever follow through on the threat and warns turning Santa into “an enforcer” takes a lot of joy out of the holiday.
