Consumers not happy with Ontario Energy Board’s billing and new smart meters

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) heard an earful from consumers about problems with billing and the new smart meters.
The Toronto Sun reported those are the top two issues that consumers are faced with.
The OEB received more than 1,700 complaints between April and June, and consumers were given more than $150,000 back in rebates.
