TTC’s Stuff-the-Bus hopes to raise $50,000

TORONTO, On. –  Sunday is the last day for the Toronto Transit Commission’s fourth annual Stuff-the-Bus toy drive.

The TTC hopes to raise at least $50,000 in donations this year.

Five TTC buses have been set up at five Wal-Mart locations in the Greater Toronto Area for people to drop off new, and unwrapped toys.

All toys donated will be given to the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness.

TTC employees parked buses at each of following locations:  

5995 Steeles Ave. E. (at Markham Rd);
3850 Sheppard Ave. E. (the Agincourt Mall at Kennedy Rd);
799 Milner Ave. (east of Morningside Ave);
2525 St. Clair Ave. W. (at Runnymede Rd.); and
1900 Eglinton Ave. E. (at Pharmacy Ave)

Stores highlighted in green are receiving donations on Saturday and Sunday until 5 p.m.
