Two teens charged with first-degree murder of 16-year-old

TORONTO, Ont. – Two teens have been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 16-year old Tyrone Bracken.

Bracken was found in the stairwell of a building on Neptune Drive on November 17 with a fatal gunshot wound.

Constable Tony Vella told 680News a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were arrested.

The names of the accused cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

One of the teens appeared in court, Monday. The other teen is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning.

There are reports that a warrant is being issued for a third suspect.
