Peel Regional Police are investigating a series of Halloween hate crime attacks on churches and a prayer hall on North Park Drive in Brampton.
Peel police Const. Wayne Patterson told 680News a Roman Catholic church, a Presbyterian church and a Muslim place of worship were spray painted with offensive symbols and terms.
Police said this could just be a foolish Halloween prank, but because the graffiti was so offensive, the vandalism is being investigated as a hate crime.
