Man in hospital after a shooting near the Esplanade

TORONTO – A man in his 30’s has been rushed to hospital following a shooting near the Esplanade.
Emergency crews were called to Frederick Street, near Front Street and Jarvis, just before 10:30 p.m., Friday.
There are reports the victim was shot twice in the chest.
There has been no word on the victims condition.
Police have not released a description of the suspect.
