Guelph man charged with child luring and trafficking

GUELPH, Ont. – The OPP have charged a man from Guelph with luring and drug charges after explicit emails were sent to a teenage girl.
Police said the man was conversing with a 15 year old girl from the Mapleton Township area over Facebook, and some of the messages had sexual overtones.
Police allege the suspect desired to meet the teen at the Drayton Fairgrounds and provide her with marijuana.
The 31 year old suspect was charged with computer child luring and trafficking in a controlled substance.
