Police ask for help in identifying ill man

TORONTO – Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an ill man who is now in hospital.

On Tuesday around 5:00 p.m., a man was taken to hospital from 216 Bathurst Street, near Queen.

He was unconscious at the time and remains in that state.

The man is described as white, six feet tall, 160 to 170 pounds, around 45 to 50 years of age, with salt and pepper hair and a beard. He has few to none of his teeth.

He has a Chinese symbol tattooed on his right forearm, meaning doctor or medicine. He also has an old tracheotomy scar at the base of his throat, and a circular scar on the lower left part of his stomach.
